The Arts Hunter website provides a resource of information and links supporting arts and cultural development practice, as well as documenting historical arts projects in the Hunter region.

3. Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property (ICIP)
Arts Hunter respects Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property. Materials relating to the Awabakal people, the Keepa Keepa Elders Group, Kur-rur-ka Design, and other First Nations knowledge are presented with respect and, where applicable, under collaboration.
Users must treat these materials with the utmost respect. The reproduction or commercialisation of Indigenous knowledge, language, or designs found on this Site without proper consultation and permission from the relevant Traditional Owners is strictly prohibited.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Arts Hunter reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
