3. Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property (ICIP)
Arts Hunter respects Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property. Materials relating to the Awabakal people, the Keepa Keepa Elders Group, Kur-rur-ka Design, and other First Nations knowledge are presented with respect and, where applicable, under collaboration.
Users must treat these materials with the utmost respect. The reproduction or commercialisation of Indigenous knowledge, language, or designs found on this Site without proper consultation and permission from the relevant Traditional Owners is strictly prohibited.
